The Woodbridge Group of Churches is hosting a group of students from Trinity College.
As part of their training for ordination they will be gaining first hand experience of working in a group of village churches.
They are living and working amongst us and joining in with a variety of village activities. This is intended by the college to be a long term project over several years, with the make up of the group changing annually as some complete their training.

Alan Millard
Emeritus Professor of
Hebrew and Ancient Semitic Languages,
University of Liverpool

Alan is a scholar, an author and international lecturer whose interests centre on the ancient languages, archaeology and history of the middle east.
He applies this extensive academic knowledge to his study of the Bible as a product of that ancient world.
Are you interested in understanding more of the historical context of the Bible?
How do you answer people who dismiss the Bible as a book of myths and fables?
Are you sceptical about the authenticity of the Bible?
THIS EVENT IS FOR YOU
