Local Business Listings – Terms and Conditions

 

The aim of the Local Businesses section is to provide residents with useful information about business services in our local area. Although there is a donation expected for advertising, this is not a commercial venture. All proceeds (after our running costs, which are minimal) will go to improving local facilities.

 

To be eligible for inclusion in leavillage.com, a business must be providing services to local residents, and be recommended by someone living within Lea, Garsdon or Cleverton. However, leavillage.com cannot endorse or recommend a business, or accept liability for negligence in checking a business’s credentials.

 

The decision whether to accept a business listing is entirely at the discretion of leavillage.com. If for any reason we decide to withdraw  an advertisement before the full year is up, the last payment made will be refunded.

 

Pricing: we ask for a donation of £12 p.a., or £18 p.a. to include a link to your website, payable by standing order. This can be cancelled at any time without notice, but please email us at admin@leavillage.com to let us know.

 

Format: Please supply a brief description of your business (up to 20 words), plus contact details – name, phone number, address if you wish, and website if you require a link.

 

Babysitting Terms & Conditions

 

Anyone under 18 who wishes to advertise as a babysitter must do so with their parents’ names and contact details in the advertisement, not their own.

This is for their protection and ours.

 

Anyone over 18 may advertise in their own right.

There is a donation requested of £2.00 per advertisement, valid for one year.
